Every order starts with your colour palette and a blank cake board.

Carmen Eksteen Patisseries is a home-based online bakery in Stellenbosch, built around slow methods and a heavy hand with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream. Every cake, cupcake and cookie is made to order — no shortcuts, no shelf mixes, just proper ganache, real fruit compote and a lot of patience with a piping bag.

Custom cakes are built entirely around your palette, your flavours and your occasion, from an intimate 10cm cake for two to a 22cm centrepiece for a crowd.

  • Free pickup/delivery in Stellenbosch. Extra outside the area.
